A Voice in the Wilderness

As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there's a twilight where everything remains seemingly unchanged, and it is in such twilight that we must be aware of change in the air, however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness. -- William O. New Mexico State Police's Pandora's Box

Note: For those of you new to blogging, any words that appear high-lighted or otherwise different from the typescript being used through out a posting is an active link to another document on the internet. For instance, if you click on this, it will take you to my posting about two NMSP rookie police officers who were recently arrested by APD after they shouted obscenities to the APD Officers and were subsequently arrested after they refused to comply with APD officer's requests to calm down. According to local news reports, the intoxicated, off-duty NMSP's allegedly assaulted the APD Police Officers.
Owing to interest in the post entiled, New Mexico State Police Officers Arrested, I have decided to create a new post regarding allegations being made against the NMSP top brass. While this blog is not intended to attack any police agency per se, it appears some claims being made by anonymous posters who seem to be familiar with NMSP as they claim to have been employed in that department might be worthy of deeper scrutiny.

Again, this blog is not aimed at making any police agency look bad. Rather, it is an honest attempt to discuss issues which, thus far have not proven to be 'newsworthy' in the local Mainstream Media.
